How to print out alarms when they occur?

Cause
Dot Matrix printers are no longer commonly used and alarm printing has been replaced by features such as SMTP email and Sysman text messaging. Building Operation does not have native support for alarm printing.
Resolution
If alarm printing is needed, then a third party file to printer utility such as File2Print (https://community.se.com/) is required to print Building Operation alarms sent using write to file notifications.
