Issue
When reviewing events from Doors or Users, the below error is shown.
- The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.

Cause
Firewall and/or Port settings are incorrectly configured. Certain ports must be opened to enable communication between the server, client workstations, and controllers.
Resolution
Check the Firewall to ensure that all required ports are open between the Security Expert Server, Security Expert Client Workstations and the SP-C Controllers. Refer to the IP Networking Ports section in the SX-SRVR Security Expert - Networking Guide for Administrators - Reference Guide for details on required ports.
