Cause

A program has been written which uses this attribute to confirm that an I/O is online, but the state does not change.

Resolution

Web-Help - describes the use of the Binding Attributes Forced, Invalid, Offline and Overridden.

These attributes were originally intended to be available, but it was decided that they would not be implemented at this stage of the SmartStruxure development.

This information will now be removed from the documentation, until the Binding Attributes are correctly introduced in a later release.
