To run WebReports with EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) versions prior to 2022, specific versions of Microsoft SQL Server are required

Resolution
For EBO versions up to 3.2, the only currently supported SQL Server version is:
- Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (64-bit)
- Service Pack 1 or later
- Editions: Enterprise, Standard, Express with Advanced Services
⚠️ Important:
- SQL Server 2016 is in extended support until July 14, 2026
- WebReports is not supported in EBO 2022 (v4.0) and newer
Modern Alternatives
For EBO 2022 and newer:
- Use External Log Storage with PostgreSQL + TimescaleDB.
- Schneider Electric provides a Data Migration Assistant (DMA) tool to help transition from WebReports to the new architecture.
