Issue
SE7000s (all) and old hardware SE8000 (firmware <= 1.7.4) won't support EBO Zigbee.

Cause
EBO Zigbee has Standard and High-Security levels. The SE7000s and old hardware SE8000 (firmware <= 1.7.4) only supports Zigbee Low Security.
Resolution
Replace the SE7000s and SE8000s old hardware using SE8000 with the current hardware that supports firmware 2.0.0 and newer.
