Issue
SAFR Face Scan successfully detects faces but does not authenticate users or grant access.

Cause
The default SAFR Scanner Access Feedback Timeout is set to 300 ms, which is too short for proper authentication.
In some cases, physical impact during transit may also require light sensor recalibration.
Resolution
- Access the SAFR Scanner configuration web page and log in.
- Navigate to System > OSDP settings.
- Change the Access Feedback Timeout from 300 ms to 1000 ms and click Apply.
- Test authentication. If issues persist:
- Perform light sensor calibration (refer to SAFR documentation).
