Cause
When browsing through System>Diagnostics>Users in Webstation, an unrecognized "root" user appears in the user session list.
Resolution
The 'root' user is a built-in system account used to help different parts of EBO—like EC, ES, and AS—communicate with each other. It’s automatically used when the system is not running in standalone mode. This account allows the systems to connect and share data securely in the background.
