What are the replacement for the M52R and the EM52R damper actuators?

Cause
The M52R and the EM52R damper actuators are obsolete.
Resolution
When using either the M52R or the EM52R actuators to control dampers, the replacements are as follows;
The M52R actuator is a 24 volt drive open / drive close type, and is replaced by the MD10B-24.
The EM52R actuator is a 24 volt, 2 - 10 volt DC controlled type, and is replaced by the MD10A-24.
