Issue
Replacement of AVUE Mk 1 Actuator installed on VEU, MEU or FEU Mk 2 Unit Control Valve Body due to Actuator obsolescence.
Environment
AVUE Mk 1 Actuator installed on VEU, MEU or FEU Mk 2 Unit Control Valve Body.
Cause
AVUE Mk 1 Actuator obsolescence.
Resolution
Replace AVUE Mk 1 Actuator.
AVUE Mk 5 Actuators are not compatible with the VEU, MEU or FEU Mk 2 Unit Control Valve Bodies.
It will therefore be necessary to replace both the AVUE Mk 1 Actuator and the Valve Body on which it is installed.
Replacement products may be selected from the following :-
AVUE Mk 1 Actuator = MZ20A or MZ20A-R
VEU Mk 2 Valve Body (2-port) = VZ219 series of appropriate connection type / size / Kv rating
MEU Mk 2 Valve Body (3-port) = VZ319 series of appropriate connection type / size / Kv rating
FEU Mk 2 Valve Body (4-port) = VZ419 series of appropriate connection type / size / Kv rating
N.B.
It should be noted that there may be dimensional variations between the existing and replacement Valve Bodies.
