How to activate or change the Sigma Dongle license

Dongle Options: Full-Server, Multi-clients, ODBC, Advanced Tool Kit, Flexima, RAM Interfaces, BAS2800+ Integrator and Advanced Security Model.
Cause
Registering the dongle or adding a new option requires flags to be set in the Dongle.
Resolution
To enable a new Dongle or add an option;
- From the Sigma System Manager go to 'Help' - 'Register'
- Select the button 'Find Key'
- Either record the 4 by 5 digit key code from the 'Dongle State Key' display or use the 'Save Key' to create a file and use the prompt to save to a suitable location.
- Fill out the Registration document ensuring the Dongle number is correct and the required options are selected.
(Note: a Sigma server always comes with 1 client, hence if 3 clients are required the additional clients is 2) - Email the registration form to Product Support gb-customerservices@schneider-electric.com
The request will be confirmed against the orders on the SE system and then an unlock key will be returned to sender address or email. The unlock key must be loaded on to the system with in 48 hrs of the original key being generated, else the process above will have to be repeated.
To set a new key;
- Go to 'Help' - 'Register'
- Either use 'Load Key' to import the unlock key file or type in the unlock key code into the 'Dongle Update Key' edit box
- Use 'Set Key' button to write new options to Dongle. (Note: The dongle must not be removed during this process)
- Confirmed new options have been enabled via the Options drop down box and the number of clients is set correctly by the Application text 'FullServer (2)' where 2 is the number of clients.
