Cause

The issue occurs due to user account settings that do not permit print functionality while logged in.

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

1. Access System Setup.
2. Navigate to User Groups.
3. Highlight the User Account experiencing the issue.
4. In the Basic Settings section, enable the "Logged On" option.
