Is it possible to prevent a user to be able to acknowledge certain alarms?

StruxureWare version 1.3 SP1
Cause
It is possible to prevent a user group from acknowledge any alarms via the "Command permissions" in the Software permissions but when doing that the users can not acknowledge any alarms.
Resolution
To prevent a user from acknowledge certain alarms is to make the alarm, "read only" in the Software permissions for this user.
