Issue
Points which were created using the MR Copy feature are not working, whether it was offline or not.
This is also true for points that have been working fine for a long time and then suddenly stop.

Cause
First verify that it is not a hardware failure like thermistors and sensors.
Resolution
There is a work around to this:
- Delete the points that have been copied through the MR Copy feature.
- Now, re-add them again through Resident I/O Points.
- Go to controller summary and verify that the point is now functioning properly.
