Issue
Users are unable to open files from a TGML graphic in TAC Vista Webstation using the OpenFile command.

Cause
The OpenFile command is not supported in web browsers, which prevents documents from opening directly in Webstation.
Resolution
To enable file access from TGML graphics in both Workstation and Webstation, follow these steps:
In TAC Vista Workstation
- Use the OpenFile button as usual.
- Files (PDF, DOC) open without issues.
In TAC Vista Webstation
- The OpenFile command does not function in a browser.
- Instead, define a hyperlink in TAC Vista:
- Place the document in the server folder:
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot - Use the format:
http://<ip_address>/<docName>
- Place the document in the server folder:
