Issue
In Niagara R2, IP communication to the UNC intermittently drops out without showing errors in the standard output window.

Cause
Two or more UNC controllers are configured with the same IP address, creating a duplicate IP address conflict on the network.
Resolution
- Verify the IP address configuration of all UNCs on the network.
- Assign a unique IP address to each UNC to eliminate duplication.
- Ensure no other devices on the network share the same IP address.
- After correcting the IP conflict, confirm stable communication with the UNC.
