Niagara R2 GCM driver
Cause
- Missing LABEL blocks: If VEO## attributes exist without an associated LABEL block, the upload process can fail and trigger a
NullPointerException. - Unsupported attribute types: The GCM driver only supports AV and DV types. Any other attribute types in the VEO list will cause a
ClassNotFoundException.
Resolution
- Use the CreateVeoGxPages button on the Block List Manager screen to upload VEO information and generate display screens.
- Ensure each VEO has a corresponding LABEL block in the GCM.
- Name LABEL blocks starting with VEO and ending with 01 to 10.
- Remove all non-AV or DV attributes from the VEO attribute lists before uploading.
- After these corrections, retry the upload process.
