Issue
Upgraded site to Continuum 1.91, now get %N and %D in AlarmEnrollments
Environment
- Windows Server 2008
- SQL 2008
- Continuum 1.91
- Keywords %D %N
Cause
This is a known issue in Continuum version 1.91
Resolution
Contact PSS for the %N %D hot fix file.
If using Continuum 1.90, Apply SP1 and then follow these steps: (1.91 and above contains the fix, but may still need the steps)
- Close the workstations
- Reboot the server
- Initialise the database making sure you have Enhanced Alarm Logging and Enhanced Alarm Delivery ticked
- Initialise workstations
- Reload all controllers
- Clear any old alarms and test by creating a new alarm
They should now display the correct text.
