Cause
This is caused by the Enhanced Alarm Logging and Enhanced Alarm Delivery being unchecked
Resolution
This can be resolved by using the following steps:
- Close all the cyberstations
- Initialise the database making sure you have Enhanced Alarm Logging and Enhanced Alarm Delivery ticked as shown below:
