Issue
Do you have an issue with an MR-VAV where it is resetting itself every so often and in the Messages Window of AMT, an MCU Lost, and MCU Restore message is displayed for this address?

Cause
The main cause for this is power or grounding to the device, indicative of the messages in AMT.
Resolution
- Verify that the power supply (XFMR) is correct and outputting the correct voltage to the device
- Verify that the device is grounded properly, with no strands of stray wire touching anywhere.
- Verify that the communication wires are terminated properly and free of interference.
- Clear all stats on the MCU Configuration/Station and verify that no bad CDRs are coming up again after all the above steps have been completed.
