Cause
Resolution
- Open WorkPlace Pro and navigate to the shadow object of the MNB-1000.
- Go to Properties → Config tab.
- Locate the parameter address – MAC Address.
- Record the first 8 digits of the hexadecimal number displayed.
- These represent the IP address.
- The last four digits are the UDP port number and should be ignored.
- Convert each pair of hexadecimal digits to decimal using a unit conversion tool (Windows Calculator can be used):
- Example:
C0= 192A8= 16801= 196= 150
- Resulting IP address: 192.168.1.150
- Example:
- Ignore the UDP port number (e.g.,
BA:C0 = 47808).
