Cause
The error occurs due to incorrect licensing configuration in Sigma. RAM licensing relies on the Sigma dongle, and the appropriate license scheme must be selected during setup.
Resolution
To resolve the licensing error:
- Open the Remote Alarm Manager Computer Configuration Wizard.
- Navigate to:
Start > Licence Scheme - Ensure the checkbox for Legacy Licence Schemes is selected.
This enables compatibility with the Sigma dongle-based licensing system.
