Getting error "Failed to run: import-VM" when trying to install PCTv2

Building Operation Project Configuration Tool (PCT)
Cause
Could install PCTv2 fine but the issue started when going back and forward between PCTv1 and PCTv2 so that might have caused the issue.
Resolution
- Uninstall Hyper V in Windows Programs and Features and restart computer
- Delete everything in ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\HyperV
- Install PCTv2 version 2.0.2.13 or later
