Issue
When creating a new database an error pops up that indicates that the Windows login name or password is invalid.

Cause
There is already a Continuum database created.
Permissions for the Windows user are not allowing the database creation.
Resolution
- Check to see if there are Continuumdev and ContinuumLog files in the folder. (Look for the folder path in database initialization)
- Use My Computer to navigate to that folder and see if the files already exist. If they do, copy them if needed and then delete them.
- Try the database creation again after that.
- The Windows user may not have the appropriate permissions as an admin
- Create a new local admin user and then login using the new login
- Try the database creation
