Cause

Configuration details are required to correctly link the thermostat’s SNVT setpoint object (nciSetpts) with Niagara R2 for proper integration.

Resolution

• Use the shadow object: T7XFCr.
• Link the thermostat’s nciSetpts SNVT to Niagara R2 using the SnvtTempSetptCmd object.
• Important Note: If a setpoint is changed locally at the thermostat display, that value will override the SNVT-provided setpoint and become the controlling setpoint.
