Cause
The Firmware/Software Version of a Xenta Controller can be used for troubleshooting issues on site, or determining if an upgrade is required.
Resolution
The Application Specific Controller version
- Open LonMaker
- Right Click on the ASC and choose properties
- Select the Self-documentation tab
- Firmware/Software Version should appear in the bottom window
The Programmable Controller version
- Open Vista
- Right Click on the Programmable Controller and choose properties
- Expand the window if necessary to expose the Information tab
- Select the Information tab
- Firmware/Software Version should appear as Software Version
