Issue
When attempting to back up an I/A Series R2 UNC (Niagara) station, the process fails and displays the following error:
*** BACKING UP: Station Name [192.168.x.x] ***
FAILED: Station Name [192.168.x.x]: java.lang.NullPointerException

Cause
Resolution
To resolve the issue:

Increase Thread Count
- Open Admin Tool → Host → Edit File → System Properties.
- Increase the thread count from 15 to 30.

Reboot the UNC
- After updating the thread count, restart the UNC to apply changes.
