View the current firmware version on a Xenta controller using the RS-232 cable

Cause
While it is the best practice to match all of the firmware versions in your controllers, this is a quick and easy way to view the current version installed on your hardware.
Resolution
- Connect the RS-232 programming cable to your controller and your PC
- Open TAC Tools 5.1.X
- Open Download Wizard
- Click next
- Click the information button located directly above the help button
