Missing Entitlement certificate
Resolution
Customers have access to the following link, where they can use the Entitlement ID or Activation ID to login to the Licensing page:
License Page information
After logging in, select the “List Entitlements” under “Activation & Entitlements” on the top.
Tick the checkbox in front of one Activation ID (ACT), select View/View certificate
Now, a new page pops up which contains the Entitlement Certificate information. This can be saved or printed.
