Resolution
- Create a 'Value' object of type 'Time Stamp Value' in the server.
- Right click on the server's name and select 'Edit bindings'
- Find the time stamp value created in step 1 in the object tree on the right.
- Bind the value of the time stamp object to the server's time as seen in the screen shot below.
