How can I use more than four site codes in Continuum?

Cause
Continuum will only support four site codes.
Resolution
A workaround to this is to use the Custom Wiegand card format to create unique card numbers. To do this, we will set the custom format to allow a unique 24-bit card number to be created from the existing 8-bit site code and the 16-bit card number.
