Cause
Unsure how many Web Client users are licensed with the standard license or how to add additional user licenses.
Resolution
- Included with the base SX-SRVR license is an allowance for having three (3) concurrent Web Client operators.
- Additional operator licenses (SX-WEB-OPR) must be purchased to allow Web Client logins beyond the licensed amount of three, purchase as many of these as is required.
