Cause
Resolution

Access the UNC or Enterprise Server via a web browser using:
http://<ipaddress>/log/indexReplace
<ipaddress>with the device’s IP address. -
Log in using the station username and password.

The Log Index page will display available logs (e.g.,
ErrorLogService,AuditLogService). -
For the desired log, select a display format such as:
text/plaintext/comma-separated-valuestext/tab-separated-values

The log contents will appear in the browser. Use File > Save As to save the output as a text file.
Example:
Selecting text/plain for ErrorLogService generates a file with entries like:
2011-04-15T09:22:19.59-5,MESSAGE,/LON_BACnet_522services/ErrorLogService,ErrorLogService installed
2011-04-15T09:22:38.89-5,MESSAGE,/LON_BACnet_522,Station started successfully. (HTTP port=80)
