How can the MNB-1000 be set back to factory defaults?

Cause
Reconfigure the MNB-1000
Resolution
Do the following:
- Set all of the dip switches on the MNB-1000 to the ON position (all ones) and cycle power.
- Wait until the controller completely boots up (solid green status light), then change dip switches from all ones back to the desired address.
- Cycle power again.
Note - Setting the MNB-1000 back to factory defaults will delete the installed application.
