Getting error "Communications failure due to routing device not available" when reloading BACnet Controller

Cause
Anti-virus applications can prevent the BACnet objects from saving into the Continuum Database (BACnet objects may also not appear on the BACnet side). When you reload the BACnet controller which contains these objects, they are 'inaccessible' and the error is generated in the distribution property window
Resolution
- Close Continuum CyberStation
- Disable all the Anti-Virus applications then restart Continuum CyberStation
- From the BACnet Device side, Right click the Controller you want to reload then select SendToDatabase, all the BACnet objects will appear under the controller.
- Reload the controller again.
