Cause
Verification required on why the two do not always match
Resolution
When firmware versions (application firmware files) are posted to the web, they do not always included the associated bootloader version. The reason for this is that rarely is a bootloader version changed. When bootloader versions do change it will be announced in the release notes for the particular firmware version.
