Issue

Various errors appear in the Standard Output Window when attempting to edit a UNC station database using WorkPlace Pro (WPP). Errors include missing modules and out-of-date modules.

Environment

I/A Series R2 WPP and UNC.

Cause

The engineer’s WPP installation does not match the UNC station configuration.

• Some modules in WPP are missing or at different revision levels.
• The NiagaraD service version on the engineer’s computer does not match the version installed on the UNC.

Resolution

1. Verify that all modules used in the UNC are present and match the versions in the nre\modules folder of the WPP system.
2. Ensure the NiagaraD service running on the computer matches the software version installed on the UNC.
3. If discrepancies exist, update WPP and modules to align with the UNC station configuration.
