Cause
Memory in PSU is corrupt.
Resolution
Run Dongleutil, a dongle reset utility software.
This utility resets the memory in the PSU that is connected to the PC.
You need to install the license file again after this operation.
This problem is usually seen when Inhouse PSU is used. In TAC Vista version 4.10 and later, it’s no longer necessary to install the engineering file when Inhouse PSU is in use. Just connect the PSU to the PC, and everything should work fine.
