Issue
When viewing access events in NetControllers door object, error "ACX database fault".
Environment
NetController with AC1 I/O modules
NetController II with AC1 I/O modules
Cause
Error is due to the Door Switch, on a dual-reader door, being wired to the Exit reader I/O module. I/O channels on the Exit reader I/O Module should not be used for Door control.
Resolution
Rewire the Door Switch to the Entry reader I/O Module.
