Cause
RAM issues
Resolution
Using a browser login to the controller and perform a 'Clear Database Backup', commit changes and restart the controller.
When the controller has re-started disconnect the battery, power down the controller and after a minute power the controller up and re-connect the battery.
Wait for the controller to come back online and then try the uprev operation once again.
