Issue
When attempting to start a new I/A Series R2 Enterprise Server, the following error occurs:
Cannot find distribution platformProduct Line
TAC IA SeriesEnvironment

- WorkPlace Pro
Cause
The Enterprise Server software was installed without selecting the Program Files checkbox in the Select Modules dialog during installation.
Program Files include the distribution files required for the software to run.

Resolution
- During installation, ensure the Program Files checkbox is selected in the Select Modules dialog.
- Alternatively, click Select All to install all modules.
- Alternatively, click Select All to install all modules.
- At a minimum, the Program Files option must be selected to install the core Niagara modules.
