Warning
Potential for Data Loss: The steps detailed in the resolution of this article may result in a loss of critical data if not performed properly. Before beginning these steps, make sure all important data is backed up in the event of data loss. If you are unsure or unfamiliar with any complex steps detailed in this article, please contact Product Support for assistance.
Cause
At this time, EBO is not BACnet native. Within EBO is an adapter that allows for BACnet to flow through to the AS-Ps/ESs but this is EBO itself is not a BACnet device. Because of this, EBO does not support the upload function.
Resolution
It is recommended to backup the EBO system from AS-P or ES periodically. This will prevent the need for using the upload function in the event an AS-P or other server needs to be replaced.
