EBO SAML Single Sign On(SSO) Reverse Proxy support

Issue

Unable to configure reverse proxy for SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) in EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO).

Cause

Although EBO 7.0 has enhanced reverse proxy support, this does not include SAML SSO and EBO does not support reverse proxy configurations for SAML SSO.  This limitation prevents successful integration when a reverse proxy is used in the authentication flow.

Resolution

At this time, EcoStruxure Building Operation version 7.0 does not support reverse proxy configurations for SAML SSO. This is a known limitation.

An enhancement request has been submitted to the Idea Forum to address this functionality in future releases.
