Customer does not have Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, only Lotus Notes/Domino.

Cause
Customer wants email and paging of alarms but does not use Microsoft Outlook and Exchange.
Resolution
Lotus Notes is not a supported application for emailing or paging of alarms.
Microsoft Outlook with Exchange is the only supported program for this application.
