Database Older than Expected error.
Environment
I/NET Seven
Cause
Do you see this balloon error message displayed after an upgrade from one revision to another in the System Tray?
This is caused by the database that did not properly upgrade.
Resolution
- Shut down I/NET and the I/O Server.
- Go to Program Files, I/NET, Db Create Utility.
- Select Upgrade Database.
- Put the SQL Admin password that was created when I/NET was installed.
- Click Start, in the dialog box, a line would be displayed stating that you are upgrading from build X.XX to X.XX depending on the upgrade.
- Once finished, restart I/NET again and that message would not be displayed anymore.
