Cause
Wireshark capture shows lots of SMB traffic between the machine running CyberStation and the server.
The Server Message Block (SMB) protocol is a network file sharing protocol, and as implemented in Microsoft Windows is known as Microsoft SMB Protocol.
Resolution
Identify the application/service responsible for generating this traffic and stop it or relocate it to a different machine where it will not interfere with CyberStation operation.
