Issue
When alarm is triggered in the controller sometime the alarm will immediately be displayed on the Alarm View as expected, you trigger the same point alarm a few times and some times there is a delay of up to a minute or two before the alarm shows up on the Alarm View.
Looking at a list view of the alarms you can see the difference between the time stamp and the time of log

Cause
The controller has been taught about CyberStation whose network ID has been since changed.
Resolution
Use a PE program to find out from the controller's perspective what it has been taught. If the controller contains entries in its table that it should not have, then reload the controller to remove them.
