Cause
The content of alarm-generated email messages is determined by the AlarmFields property in the MailRecipient object configuration.
Resolution
To customize the information displayed in alarm email messages:
- In WorkPlace Pro, locate the MailRecipient object.
- Right-click the object and select Properties.
- Go to the Config tab.
- Under AlarmFields, select the text fields you want included in the email body.
- Click Apply to save changes.
The email will now contain only the selected fields.
