Cause
Zigbee is a communication protocol used to create personal area networks with small, low-power devices
Resolution
As described in EBO Webhelp the workflow is as follows:
- Create a Zigbee interface and network
- Import Zigbee device files
- Create a logical Zigbee device in EBO
- Enable the Zigbee network
- Discover the physical Zigbee devices
- Associate the logical Zigbee device with the physical Zigbee device
