Changing readers from ABA to Wiegand and getting card not in database

Cause
When you change card readers from ABA to Wiegand on a ACX7xx controller you need to make sure you also change the switch and jumper positions also
Resolution
You will need to remove the cover of the ACX7xx to reveal the dip switches and the resistor like jumpers that you will need to change, please see the attached document for how to make these changes . Link
