Issue
Cannot discover wireless devices in MPM controller.
Environment
MPM controllers, any version
Cause
The Pan ID was set correct under the ZigBee Configuration property. However when viewing the Pan ID setting under ZigBee Configuration, the Pan ID entered in the Settings box does not match the one displayed in the Current Configuration box. The Zigbee Configuration Pan ID has somehow become corrupted.
Resolution
Reboot the MPM controller. If a reboot does not clear the issue then the controller will have to be restored to factory default settings.
- Backup the MPM controller and then restore the MPM back to its original factory setting.
